We've had some good news this week!!!

Thienny Mah, a post-doc in the lab, has accepted a job as an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa. She'll be starting in January.

Shannon Hinsa, a grad student in the lab was accepted to the ASM Summer Institute In Preparation for Careers in Microbiology. This career development program starts later this month.

And Rob Shanks just returned from 3 weeks at Cold Spring Harbor where he took the Advanced Bacterial Genetics course.
